1. 1 How do I wear my Flausinas?
Flausinas garments are composed of two separate halves. To wear one Flausinas full garment you need to attach any two halves of the same product type (dress, top, etc.) through our simple and easy zip system.
1.2 Are all halves the same?
All Flausinas halves from the same product type are exactly the same size and shape, which means that you can wear them as the front or the back of the Flausinas garment that you own.
1.3 Are all halves combinable between them?
Yes, all halves are separate pieces and are attachable/detachable to each other, through our easy to use zip system.
1.4 So to have a full garment I need two halves, but what happens when I have 3 or more Flausinas halves?
The more halves of the Flausinas garment type (dress, top, etc.) that you own, the more different combinations you can make between your halves. If you have 2 halves, you have one possible combination. But when you have 3 halves, you have 3 possible combinations. And when you have 4 halves, you have 6 different combinations. Each combination is a personalised Flausinas that you can wear!
On top of all this, since all sides are the same size and shape, you can wear them as back or front interchangeably, so we're talking about exponential combination options! See below for the number of possible combinations you can make for different amount of sides that you purchase dress halves:

2.1 To which countries do you deliver Flausinas?
We deliver Flausinas worldwide. If you wish to place an order and don't find your destination, please contact us at

2.3 How is my order shipped?
Shipping is done from our base in Lisbon, Portugal, via the courier service company DHL.
2.4 Is there a way to track my shipment status?
Yes. You can follow your shipment status using a code we’ll provide you with, once your order is shipped.
2.5 How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship orders from our base in Lisbon, Portugal. If Flausinas exist in stock, please allow up to 12 business days delivery period once an order has been placed.

3. RETURNS
3.1 Can I decide not to keep my Flausinas?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your Flausinas to send us an e-mail to hello@flausinas.com letting us know of your decision to return your Flausinas.
3.2 How long do I have to ship Flausinas back?
From the moment you send us an e-mail letting us know of your decision to return your Flausinas (3.1), you have 14 calendar days to ship the Flausinas back to us.
3.3 Will I get a refund if I return my Flausinas?
Yes, as long as Flausinas are returned in its original packaging and with no signs of use within the deadlines mentioned in 3.1 and 3.2 above, the amount you paid will be fully credited.
3.4. How will I receive the refund?
The refund will be made using the same method of payment you used to make the original purchase (Paypall or Credit Card).
3.5 When is the refund made?
The refund is made once we receive the returned Flausinas and confirm that it comes in its original packaging and with no signs of use.
3.6 What is the return address?
For customers based in Portugal, you can just use the return label that comes with your shipping package, paste it in the shipping box and drop it in the closest DHL service point
You can also send the goods back to the address “Flausinas, Rua Luciano Cordeiro, 31, 1º andar 1150-212 Lisboa, Portugal”.
In the other countries, we will be happy to arrange for our Courier Delivery Services DHL to pick the goods up at your shipping address.
3.7 Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
3.8 How much does return shipping cost?
We can arrange for our Courier Delivery Services DHL to pick the goods up at your shipping address, with an associated cost of €5,50 in Continental Portugal, €12 within the Euro Area and €25 in non-Euro Area European countries, USA and Canada .
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless you use a different Courier Delivery Service at your expense.
3.9 Purchases made during sales and promotional campaigns
All sale items are final sale. Sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, PopUp shops and markets. Any purchases made during a sale, promotional campaign or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

4.1 Which payment methods are available?
Payment is made through Credit Card or PayPal. This way, you can use a credit card, with all its convenience and security, through a secure and encrypted system.
4.2. Do I need to have a PayPal account to order my Flausinas?
No, you can pay with credit card.
